Last season, eight colored women from the east coast brought to sold out houses, honest and invigorating performances that moved audiences to demand more..This season, we are proud to answer that call by bringing to the stage “For Colored Girls Waiting to Exhale” with additional stories of women from the African Diaspora.
From the shores of Africa to the streets of Harlem, join us as we explore herstory, from colored girls to black women, finding their moments to exhale. This is an extended engagement opening February 13, 2010 for ONE show only! If you missed the first three runs or even if you didn’t, you don’t want to miss this expanded version of the show.
